We are a firm of chartered accountants engaged in practice of taxation, audit/assurance, internal audits, indirect tax, FEMA Compliance and ROC Compliance. Presently, we have vacancy for following candidates: Chartered Accountant (2 nos.) B Com Graduates (1 nos.) Article students (transfer cases considered) (4 nos.) Candidates can expect extensive exposure in the following fields of practice: Taxation - Direct preparation of tax returns drafting of correspondences, appeals and representation before tax authorities research and advisory Taxation - Indirect GST Advisory GST Registration & Returns GST Correspondence and representation before the authorities Audit & Assurance Statutory and tax audits Internal audits Management audit Due Diligence and takeover ROC Compliance Formation, conversion of Companies & LLP’s including Section 8 Companies Compliance and structuring of Private Placement by way of bonus or right issue, buyback, etc. Annual Compliance for Companies and LLP’s Transaction structuring and Valuation Analyzing and structuring transaction under various laws and helping set up business in India. Valuation of Companies/ assets under various regulations such as RBI, SEBI, Income Tax, etc. Fresh qualified Chartered Accountants will also be considered for the position. Article students will be imparted training in above areas directly by partners having over 30 years of experience. Remuneration will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
