Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare inter-segment annual contract filings 

• Perform pre-filings activities (meetings with business partners and financial contacts)

• Map of rates to contracts

• Perform Quality Assurance analytics to ensure all the charges are appropriately booked to regulated entities 

• Review inter-segment Accounting balances on contractual company

• Insure the Expected Tracker is current with all contract/filing info for Non-IIPAS entities

• Perform In-house audit to ensure rates, contracts and approvals are appropriate

• Support to be provided for Regulatory reporting activities - Schedule Y, Foot Note 10

• Perform internal and external audit requests

• Prepare legal tracker and update IIPAS tool for all changes 

• Participate in daily team meetings - Discuss issues/action plan

• Prepare financial impact spreadsheets, working with financial business partners to insure the data received is accurate

• Assess current manual processes with the intent to recommend was to streamline

• Maintain a log of business, financial and legal contacts for each service and last filed date (by service)

 

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com/M.Com/MBA
• Strong analytical skills
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting/Reporting domain
• MS Excel skills - intermediate level
• Excellent  communication skills
• Prior experience working in Accounting and/or Reporting process

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Experience in using Essbase/Smart View tool as end user
