Vacancy For Bachelor’s/Master’s As AP HR Analyst With BCG At Delhi

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role supports management decision making by extracting relevant and consistent HR data from
multiple sources, interpreting and analyzing, and clearly, concisely presenting information and insight.
It provides support to the AP HR Analytics Lead and regional AP HR leadership. It coordinates with AP
offices on HR data related activities and supports data automation initiatives.

1. HR standard reporting and analytics (~60%)

• Support the region by providing detailed and accurate HR analysis and reporting including, but not limited to, FTE and headcount data, People Survey, other surveys, attrition, capacity, People scorecards, etc
• Troubleshoot and ensure quality of data and reports; advocate the effective use of HR systems and data by promoting standard definitions of HR data and metrics in the region
• Establish strong relationships with counterparts at global, regional and local levels in order to effectively collect, interpret and compile data as needed
• Uphold data integrity by continuously identifying and highlighting inconsistencies for relevant operational owners to rectify and by testing new features/functions of HR systems
• Generate insights from data compiled to support the AP HR leadership team

2. HR projects and ad-hoc requests (~20%)

• Support AP HR data and reporting requests by providing benchmarks, historical data and responding to requests and questions related to HR data
• Provide support for change management on analytics-related and other HR projects

3. Digitizing reporting (~20%)

• Participate proactively in proposing and implementing solutions for making HR reporting processes more efficient and effective
• Automate standard reports and design user-friendly, business-relevant templates
• Manage ETL (extract, transform and load of data), data visualization and dashboard development activities

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

 

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree,
• 5-6 years of relevant work experience,
• Proficiency in Advanced excel and automation tools,
• Knowledge of Tableau (or similar tools) and Alteryx (or similar tools) ,
• Excellent slide writing and PowerPoint skills with a particular ability to communicate ,analytical concepts and findings in a succinct manner to a range of audiences,
• Strong attention to detail, high level of initiative, business acumen and persistence,
• Intellectual curiosity and proven work ethic
