JOB DESCRIPTION: FINANCE MANAGER
Position: Head Finance
Reporting to: CEO
Qualification: CA/CWA with 3 to 5 years of experience with similar industry or inter CA having experience of 7 to 9 years with IT/ ITES industries having below mentioned skills.
*A crucial member of the finance team:
Experience should include, but not be limited to:
Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information. Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Predicting future financial trends.
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.
Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
Preparing monthly/ annual budget.
Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
Analysing market trends and competitors
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and project expenses and other transactions.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Optimisation of resources to support business requirement and to ensure an effective performance.
