Ability to translate complex business tasks into simplified tasks and drive closures with multiple stakeholders
Be comfortable with both creative and business dimensions
Strategize and execute large scale on platform initiatives
Be able to translate product propositions into internal pitches as required to drive stakeholder approvals and buy-ins
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a core brand management / Merchandising/ Digital Marketing/ Customer Marketing/ GTM etc. (FMCG Experience Preferred)

End to End ownership of driving on platform initiatives for Large Appliances for driving growth by working closely with product teams on multiple projects
Making Merchandising Efficient- defining project objectives, success metrics and driving experiments to make merchandising efficient

2+ Years customer facing experience(FMCG preferred) , Strong Analytical Skills, Stakeholder Management, Customer Out Problem Solving, Strong Bias for Action
