1. MUST BE AN EXPERT IN “5S”: SOURCING , SCREENING, SCHEDULING ,SHORTLISTING, SELECTION 2. Responsible for overall recruitment (souring till hiring) in the organization. 3. Should have worked on Niche requirements 4. Adherence to TAT / SLA and build up a talent pool pipeline for all levels and verticals. 5. Create a clear offer management process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/ turn downs of recruitment till Manager levels. 6. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers for the mid-senior level IT , INFRA requirements 7. Maintaining relationships with managers and external clients and vendors to ensure staffing numbers and goals are achieved. 8. Creation and Maintenance of Recruitment MIS and Dashboards / trackers and update the Manager and Top management about Weekly and monthly reports. 9. Should adhere to the process of end to end recruitment 10. Coordinating Campus hiring's and take part in other Recruitment activities also. 11. Maintaining the daily tracker and updating it on regular basis 12. Database Management, Vendor Management, Process Improvement, Report Preparation.
