Skills Required:

• Candidate having experience of statutory audits and Internal audits
• Efficient in the use of MS Office.
• Good Communication Skills and should be presentable.
• The candidate must have good practical knowledge of new Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act 2013, regulations under Goods and Service Tax
• Preparation of Projects reports
  Be in charge of the overall accounting and taxes affairs
  Incorporation of Companies/ LLPs under Companies Act, LLP Act
  Filing of Documents under Companies Act – Annual Filing, other Filing

Job Description  

• Onsite in-depth execution of audit and internal audit engagements including proper implementation of accounting, audit standards and companies act.
• Exposure in handling Internal/Statutory audit assignments of mid-large companies.
• Candidate must have good practical knowledge of new Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act 2013, regulations under Goods and Service Tax.
• Managing multiple assignments and teams.
• Managing client relationships and client expectations.
• Review of internal financial controls of clients.
• Liaising with clients and providing financial information and advice.
• Preparation/Drafting of Reports/Checklists/other documentation.

Salary – As Per Industry Standard
