Job Description:
Invoice booking of PC to CC stock transfer transaction:
1. Accounting on daily basis for inventory transactions
2. Reconciliation of transit ledger
3. Monthly reporting of GIT, Uncosted GRR etc.
GST 2A Reco:
1. Monthly reconciliation of input tax credit availed from Vendor with GSTR 2A/2B
2. Follow up with vendor for unreconciled input tax credit
3. To raise the debit, note on vendor where input tax credit lost after the limitation period which was not uploaded by the vendor
4. Preparation of other reconciliation for filing of monthly GST returns such as GSTR 1, GSTR 3B etc.
Internal Financial Control (IFC):
1. To participate in IFC Audit with statutory/ group auditor, collecting of SOP, documentation, selection of samples/ supporting documents
2. Checking of samples as per the SOP
3. Highlighting deviation in controls, if it is not in line with SOP
4. Maintaining the risk control matrix, identifying the change in process, updating existing process etc.
5. Documentation of all evidence as per the set guidelines
6. Walk through in ERP as per the SOP / Control Matrix
Qualifications and Experience required:
B. Com/ M. Com/ MBA -Finance
Experience: 2-3 years, preferably in Manufacturing Organization or CA Firm
