Vacancy For B. COM/MBA(F) As Team Lead With Textron At Bangalore

Team Lead would be responsible for Process deliverables, People management, Process improvements and customer relationship management. He/ She is expected to be a mentor for the process leads and team, motivate teams and develop key talents in the team.

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. Monitor /50% participate on daily performance of the team with effective supervision
               2. Guide the Process Leads/Team members to manage crisis situations/customer expectations
               3. Drive process improvement ideas and its implementation
               4. Take active part in weekly/monthly meetings with customers by explaining the process related issues and providing possible solutions
               5. Identifying performers within team and providing guidance to team members to improve process knowledge and skill sets.
               6. Prepare and review monthly metrics.

• A B com/MBA Finance with good academic record
• Should be self motivated with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance Shared Service operations
• Should be strong on Internal controls, processes and systems
• Work exposure on any ERP’s like SAP would be an added advantage
• Candidate must have an advanced understanding and strong work experience in accounting practices.
• Candidate should have a good understanding a reasonable level of experience in working within a Shared Services environment.
