Accounts executive – Finance operation

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate should be from commerce background having experience at least 2-3 in
accounts & Finance
- Understanding of Accounting software – tally ERP
- Sound Knowledge of Excel and accounting entries
- Ensure the Debtor Reconciliation should be performed on time and coordinate with
the client if required.
- Understand the payroll and finance reconciliation for Salary, Compliance and
Insurance payments
- Ensuring completion of all accounting entries related to revenue and cost in
Accounting Software
- Ensuring that there is no outstanding receivable from Customer. Have regular follow-up
will business to close the out
standings
- Coordinate with compliance and Payroll team from payment marking in the system
- Good knowledge of revenue recognition concept and AR accounting.
- Good knowledge of the provision of TDS & GST
