ANZ (Finance Operations) is seeking candidates for the following position based at the Gurgaon office

What can you expect?

We are looking to hire a Process Developer in ANZ (Finance Operations)

The role will be responsible for reconciliations including Suspense rec, Treasury, Custodian, Investment, Bank, Oracle reports, Journal ledger entries. Responsibilities include running analysis, creating journal ledger entries, identifying dishonors and generating reports of un-invested transactions to the Treasury group.

Generating legislative reports current financial position of funds, investment performance of funds, comparison & prediction of interest income & payment of net contribution tax money to be paid to Australian Taxation office on financial year-end.

We will count on you for:


  • 90% of production time to be spent on delivering daily tasks, and driving improvements
  • 10% time spent on issue resolution and institutionalizing controls, governance frameworks and fixes
  • Ensure seamless client service delivery, including critical expectations like SLA, TAT and Accuracy             
  • Business and Client relationship management and enhancement
  • Responsible for driving initiatives and ensuring results with a confined focus on timelines and quality
  • Drive employee measurement factors like KRAs, mentoring and Project SLAs
  • Monitor engagement through E&Rs, One on Ones, Learning opportunities, Aspirations


Note: Applicants should be ready working in graveyard shifts (02:30 AM – 11:30 AM)



What you need to have: 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of financial accounting/ fund accounting and operations
  • Well versed with advanced excel use and systems like Oracle R12
  • Knowledge on Quality tools like Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean are good to have
  • Knowledge of Superannuation and legislations like Protect Your Super and Putting Members’ Interest First
  • Strong leadership, People management and client management skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Strong communication and influencing skills as role has extensive dealings with external clients
  • Team player able to work with and through others
  • Sound judgement and ability to make appropriate and timely decisions
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong SLA management and a good knowledge/experience in Project Management  
  • Effective and accurate reporting skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills




·       Minimum 3 years’ experience overall

·       Minimum 12 months’ experience as Senior Executive/Process Developer

·       Should have at least “Meets Expectations” or equivalent rating in last appraisal

·       Should not be under any Performance Improvement Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months

·       Should not have applied for any other IJP within Mercer in the last 3 months





  • Commerce Graduate
