| Strategic Roles & Responsibilities | Preparation of Financial Modelling and execution of the same as per agreed terms | ||
| End to end involvement in M&A transactions, and ensure smooth transition process | |||
| Govereance and due diligence of deal cycle from LOI stage to integration | |||
| Work closely with stake holders to articulate ideas, drive commercials and develop business cases | |||
| Adhere to transaction/task timelines and generate quality output | |||
| Oversee and validate execution and documentation of transaction collaterals, viz. financial analysis, modeling, presentation, valuation, agreements, etc. | |||
| Co-ordination with internal and external teams with regards to subject matters | |||
