Inviting applications for the role of SCCM/Tanium/Airwatch, Operations

 

Responsibilities

• Patch operation and Vulnerability Planning and validation of new and current Platform
• Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with larger SME group and domains
• Manage weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex IT implementations across multiple towers including applications, products etc.
• Needs to manage relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal and partner stakeholders
• Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability
• Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams
• Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are in line with customer requirements

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
• Candidate with rich experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Airwatch MDM,Tanium, SCCM and Widows for Business environments
• Extensive experience in the implementation, administration and configuration of Tanium and Airwatch MDM Enterprise environment
• L2 Support Engineer

Preferred qualification

• Certification in Airwatch MDM/Tanium
• Deep understanding of SCCM

 

Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
