Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop capabilities to meet the changing needs of the Finance and Analytical Services Team (FAST) and Otis
• Assist Supervisors in setting priorities
• Responsible for providing solutioning expertise for new process transition within the tower.
• Identify potential process risks, establish control plans and monitor the impact.
• Responsible for driving continuous improvement via Bright Ideas, Lean Projects, Green Belt & Black Belt projects or Otis Achieving competitive excellence (ACE) framework.
• Building robust business relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor operations performance on agreed SLA’s and other metrics and suggest action plan if required.
• Provide leadership in administration of all components of in-scope revenue cycle processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Maintain and execute adequate internal controls for protection of company assets.

Experience required

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in fiancé, business or accounting.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer to cash process including billing and collections.
• Experience with a western multi-national company.
• Chartered institute of management accountants (CMA) or other shared services center (SSC) certifications preferred.
• Broad based experience in accounting and financial systems
• Proficient in using JDE, Customer to Cash
• Experience in interfacing with business operational customers in defining treasury analysis, accounting information and accounting service requirements.
• Experience in customer to cash process improvement and application system implementation
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
