Corporate Accounts, Audits, Financial Reporting, and MIS: Handling Corporate Accounts,Managing and coordinating for finalization of accounts, statutory and group audit and ensuring timely adherence to set due dates for audits and reporting for all and State Units / Projects and Consolidated entity.
Monitoring compliance of Project SLAs, submission of periodic reports to authrorites.
Guiding State Teams during Govt Audits, monitor audit compliance and proper response to queries from Govt auditors in the MoU projects.
Coordinating for ensuring tax compliances - Estimation and Payment of Taxes, Timely filing of Income Tax Returns, Audits, replying to Notices, Preparing data and details for submission to Tax Authorities; Attending to Assessments, and Appeal Hearings.
Ensuring all other Statutory Compliance.
Lead and coordinate Budgeting and Business Planning / AOP exercise and establishing alerts within the system for major variances and corrective action.
Development, Preparation and review of various MIS reports to meet the organisations need.
Management Presentations of critical analysis.
Cost Management and Profitability Improvement initiatives.
Opex and Capex Control.
Designing framework for Internal Control on Financial Reporting, Build / Improve Financial Processes and Systems.
Arranging working capital credit limits and renewal thereof.
Ensuring smooth treasury function.
Analysis of Bid documents, preparation of pre-bid queries, Bid Proposals, cost workings for new Projects.
Preparing and analyzing financial feasibility reports, cash flow projections and carrying out financial sensitivity analysis of new projects.
Review and preparation of business models for various financing initiatives.
