Key Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate transfer pricing compliances are duly adhered to and coordinate and support consultants on transfer pricing matters.
• Responsible for preparing/ reviewing cross charges invoices on a monthly basis
• Partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing related issues
• Responsible for the Company’s direct and indirect tax compliances.
• Responsible for review and filing of indirect tax (GST) returns along with timely payment of indirect taxes.
• Responsible for handling direct and indirect tax assessments
• Responsible for preparation and review of relevant schedules for Book Closing ( Monthly, Yearly)
• Coordination with the Statutory auditors on timely closure and filing of tax audits reports, tax returns, etc
• Continuously monitor the changes in the tax laws and their implication on the Company and communicate on the changes and their implications with the management
• Ensure compliance with all the Direct, Indirect Tax, FEMA , SEZ, and any other compliances which are applicable to our organisation

 

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Inter-CA with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience or CA, CS with 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in the industry
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Adept at interacting with and understanding a global audience
• Knowledge of large ERP & CRM systems
• Experience in an MNC environment for at least 3 years in a similar role
• Able to interact with others with the confidence to deliver the necessary impact & influence
• Solution-based approach to problem-solving
