Vacancy For CA Fresher As Finance Analyst With Bottomline Technologies At Bangalore

ROLE:

To handle all the work related to Finance and Accounting. To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (Tax laws, company laws and Labour laws etc.).

Responsibilities

1. Maintain accounts – make Journal entries, Ledgers ( day to day work of finance & accounts.), prepare P & L statements and Balance Sheet.
2. Ensure timely closure of books on monthly basis and for the financial year
3. Provide accurate, timely and relevant recording and reporting of transactions
4. Handle all payments to vendors, employees, etc. Preparation and review of various reconciliations
5. Assisting in preparing monthly budgets/forecasts
6. Support in ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements (compliance with company laws, tax laws and STPI regulations, customs requirements, etc.).
7. Assisting in preparing and filing periodic returns TDS, GST etc. with regulatory agencies.
8. Facilitate & support the smooth completion of statutory and tax audits
9. Identify areas of process improvement and to implement them.
10. The job also involves handling communication via chat, emails, or calls with Parent company team from USA.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Should be a Qualified CA with 0-2 years of experience
2. Should have strong knowledge on basic accounting, accounting standards, US GAAP, and tax regulations.
3. Should have knowledge of statutory requirements related to Company law, GST, Income Tax, STPI regulations, etc.
4. Should have good knowledge in MS office and should be excellent in Excel & related analytical skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
6. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
7. Experience in working with cloud accounting; Quick books is an added advantage
