Job profile - Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and keep current all marketing collateral including marketing pitch book, product profiles and teasers, ad hoc materials, etc.
• Assist the on-going prospecting initiatives by staying on top of news feeds for potential search/RFP activities that can lead to new mandates.
• Work with internal constituent groups as well as consultants and clients to answer questions and address issues.  Ensure timely, accurate and quality delivery of responses.
• Prepare competitor analysis on Real Estate funds.
• Update and maintain internal databases, client cash-flows, Fund AUMs & other books on monthly & quarterly basis
• Assist the fund level reporting efforts for all investors in the Global Real Estate Group including client statements, snapshots, quarterly/annual reports etc.
• Review and update Client level Questionnaires
• Respond to Audit requests for Real Estate Clients
• Maintain a high level of competency in reviewing data and reports, and identifying gaps / issues
• Identify and work on efficiency initiatives to help team continue to improve productivity.
• Participate in weekly meetings, info-shares and fund webcasts

Skill sets:

• 2- 3 years’ experience with financial product analysis, marketing or client services
• MBA in finance/marketing / CFA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced skills preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong work ethic
• Quality and timeliness. Proactive approach.
• Comfort working in a fast paced environment across multiple time zones
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Previous experience working with open or closed-end funds would be a plus
• Knowledge of Real Estate market would be a plus
