Key Task & Activities

1. To support the function in providing a Compliance assurance to the Management
2. Responsible for dissemination of the regulatory notifications and ongoing monitoring of implementation
3. Distribution/Sales Compliance
4. Operations Compliance
5. IRDAI Reporting
6. Life Council Reporting
7. Advertisement Compliance
8. Preparing presentations for the Board and Audit Committee
9. Approving communications
10. Supporting key stakeholders by handling the advisory piece from a compliance point of view
11. Research on compliance trends, new laws, amendments, industry study and analysis on compliance, regulatory preview on compliance
12. Staying abreast with any new laws that have been passed impacting Insurance Sector

Desired Candidate Profile

1. FCS or LLB / Post Graduate

2. Corporate exposure, in compliance function in Insurance company/ Financial sector, listed company

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance from Insurance Industry
