Function/Dept Purpose Statement:-

• This position is responsible for successfully running various finance function processes, such as, Sales Invoicing, Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Reporting, Monthly Closing, & other allied activities that may be assigned within the function from time to time

 

Position Responsibilities:-

 

• Sales Accounting
  • Processing of Invoicing Request & Generating Sales Invoices
  • Credit Notes Issued to Customers
  • Manual Invoices & relevant Posting in ERP
  • Mint Billings
  • System Generated in ERP
• Raise \ Finalize all Delivery Challans, Stock Transfers, other documents for movement of material other than sales
• Accounts Receivables
  • Review Account Receivables, Follow-up for outstanding AR
  • Update remittances received from customers for CSSA to post in ERP
  • Hold \ Release invoicing requests after checking existing Credit Limits
• Inventory Purchase Support
• MIS \ Monthly Closing
