Roles and Responsibilities

• Team member of F&A department in the overall preparation of Accounts, MIS.
• Monitoring Commercials & Finance for designated Subsidiary and Group Companies and be the eyes and ears for BPIL management for all developments therein.
• Expense monitoring and optimization with variance analysis.
• MIS, Inter-firm data for Top Management.
• Active participation in Accounts preparation and closing activities.
• Participation & assistance in certain jobs of colleagues with a medium term view of skill development and reduce dependence on individuals.
• Monitoring the costing function of the Organization at factory level, which involves cross functional co-ordination with depots, other factories, HO.
• Subsidiary and Group Companies accounts and commercial validation.
• Expense monitoring.
• Asset/liability monitoring.
• Inter-function co-ordination & validations.
• Preparation & maintenance of MIS, Inter-firm data for top management.
• Accounts preparation, validation for designated Companies.
• Timely preparation of MIS.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified CA/ICWA/CMA with 0-2 years of experience
