Job Description:

• Perform Tax Transfer Pricing (TTP) for Banking & Securities Services LOB
• Involves calculations for revenue & expense attributions at Legal Entity (LE) level for the applicable LOBs
• Own and monitor revenue & expense attributions and partner closely with FC, LEC, Tax & other relevant stakeholders
• Periodic review of transfer pricing with corporate tax colleagues to assess change and implement as required
• Support tactical enhancements, standardization and automation project for existing TTP
• Ensure compliance to global income & expense attribution standards by reviewing appropriateness of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Legal Entities
• Provide timely & accurate response to audit queries & variance queries from LEC/P&A
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Producing first level analytics of LOB/LE results across all JPM LEs globally for respective LOBs. It involves understanding of business booking model, validating revenue & cost booking in LE & identifying potential inconsistencies in transfer pricing
• Partnering with regional controllers to remediate inconsistencies identified in LOB/LE results

 

Education, Experience and Required Skills:

• MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (semi-qualified) or equivalent professional degree
• At least 2+ years of overall experience (post qualification). Experience preferred in Legal Entity Control, Financial Control, Product Control or other relevant finance function
• Analytical mindset, structured approach with project management/process orientation
• Hands on multi-tasker, self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of the team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Advanced MS Excel (data manipulation, macros, v-lookups, pivot tables and Advanced Excel applications) / MS Access/ MS PowerPoint skill sets
• Knowledge of WCP, SAPCO, Advanced Analytics, Qlikview & Cost based attributions will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of AI based automation solution is a plus
