Manage support requests related to the end-to-end procurement process of Oracle hardware and Cloud services for internal use.
Work with external support teams like Order Management, Backlog Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Support Services, Fixed Assets and others to support the procurement, delivery and financial transactions of Oracle hardware used internally.
Provide orders status and general process support to Oracle employees who seek to purchase Oracle hardware for internal use.
Provide Buyer and process support for internal requisitions of Oracle hardware and Cloud services.
Perform configuration, quoting and order management support activities for Internal Hardware as defined in desktop procedures and work instructions.
Provide process guidance and support to internal customers at all levels of management.
Create detailed documentation of operational procedures.
Guide and train internal customers on all aspects of the Internal Order process
Provide post-booking support activities like; shipping address change, change order, cancel/rebook activities, order cancellation, return/replacement of damaged equipment, etc.
Responsible to drive issues to resolution; investigate and resolve open issues
Understand and meet quality standards as defined for the Internal Hardware order management process.
Maintain nigh level of support quality and be consistent in following up on deliverables and commitments.
Demonstrate customer satisfaction for performed services.
Perform systems/components configuration and quoting activities for Catalog standards as defined in desktop procedures and process work instructions.
Learn and utilize Oracle Tools to provide support activities within scope of responsibility.
Manage workload to successfully meet operational service level agreements to internal customers.
Be able to adopt new and evolving applications, tools and processes to meet business requirements.
Handle customer escalations, defuse sensitive situations and drive resolutions effectively.
Ability to produce training material and provide training to people with different skills levels.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed oriented with the ability to follow desktop procedures and work instructions closely.
Basic computer skills with strong excel/spreadsheets skills, word processor, e-Mail, file manager, etc.
Able to work in a fast changing business environment, learn and master evolving tools, applications, processes and business requirements.
Logical thinker with the ability to follow guidelines and documented procedures.
Strong analytical skills required.
Ability to document processes and desktop procedures.
