The Role Responsibilities

Strategic and business performance planning and execution
Planning and execution of management meetings, committees, country visits, events, business engagements
Communication and Delivery of Management Information, Presentations
Facilitating internal and external communication and delivering high quality and clear management information and presentations
Supporting corporate governance, adherence to policies, cost centre management, budget management, approvals
Continuously improving business management efficiency by simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures, and sharing best practices

Strategy and Business Performance Planning and Execution
Assist with strategic planning including the development and production of strategic plans, management business reviews, performance updates, and associated research, analysis, and presentation.
Lead, develop, implement, and track business initiatives / projects, scorecard, priorities, shared agenda, deliverables
Work with business and infrastructure stakeholders to identify and prioritise systems enhancements, and associated business cases and investments.
Design, set up and implement the operating rhythm and ways of working with the objective of running head office in a structured, organised, disciplined and smooth manner (optimising efficiency and effectiveness)
Processes Communication and Delivery of Management Information, Presentations
Support the delivery of management information and high quality presentations as required
Facilitate both internal and external communication (e.g., business update, appointments, team calls, town halls, press release, Bridge, media interviews) as well as brand / marketing related activities (e.g., client events, industry / proprietary forums, etc)
Corporate Governance, Policies, Cost Centres, Budgets, Delegated Authorities, Approvals
Familiarise and keep summary of key policies (on delegated authorities, T&E, G&E, OBI, Block Leave, Handbook etc..)
Manage delegated authorities, powers of attorney and systems access, T&E, G&E approvals and associated registers
Manage cost centre to ensure that the office is operating within budget.
Manage corporate governance matters as required
Ensure house keeping matters are in order such as completion of mandatory team e learning, trainings, job objectives completed etc..
Maintain documentary records to support evidence of Reasonable Steps by Regional CEO ASA and CEO CB & PVB as required under the Banking Reform Act Individual Accountability regime.
Maintain system of filing and record keeping
Manage leave approvals, assist in performance reviews

Operational Efficiency

Continuously improve business management efficiency by simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures. Identify and implement best practices in resources and processes, ensuring consistency and relevancy.
