Work closely with the Tax leadership team to help identify strategic priorities, and match them with strong data analysis and actionable recommendations to drive decision making

Assist in implementing strategies for talent acquisition, development & retention

Lead, guide, coach and motivate team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
Prepare dashboards for leadership
Manage stakeholders & escalations
Analyze business to track & improve metrics & profitability
Help establish plans, budgets, allocating resources and reviewing progress
Responsible for driving change and operational management of the service line
Monitor industry trends and competitors, partner and client landscapes and build framework to translate market insights into business actions
Drive operational efficiencies and ensure goals are met
Maintain quality service by enforcing organisation standards
Post graduate / MBA with 8 - 10 years of experience in Business Planning, workforce management, reporting.
