Drive the Digital portfolio offering (in house products, solutions, partners and practices) direction for all Enterprise, SaaS / Mobile Products
Identify business opportunities, delivering differentiated products to the market and communicating their value through integrated go to market strategies
Define and drive the business plan, strategy, and positioning of the products
Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
Driving a solution set across teams (Development/Engineering, Service Line and Product Marketing, Partners and Alliances, Solution architects and sellers) through market requirements, legal contract, and positioning
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
Create buy-in for the offering vision both internally and with key external partners
Develop pricing and positioning strategies of the offering
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company offering
BA/BS required; BS in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics plus, MBA preferred
A strategist with a strong bias for execution and performance
Experience required in product management roles.
Ability to manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Comfortable to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Leadership attributes with demonstrated integrity, passion and initiative
