Job Responsibilities :
1. To assist State DASS trainer in all training & skill upgrade
programs.
2. To impart technical & soft skill training to all field engineers & Jio Point Personnel
3. To improve the technical & soft skills of all customer facing
employee
4. Keep minimum repair bounce & quality of repairs
5. Find constant ways to improve the service quality
6. Provide technical support to field - service center as well as Jio Point
7. Keep innovating newer ways to reduce repair cost

8. Provide soft skill training to all the front end field people.
9. Provide on-line training & class room training.
10. Provide On-the-job training.
11. To undertake specific projects related to Jio Point service training & process training,
