How to Regenerate TDS or Income Tax Payment Challan from HDFC Bank Net banking?

Step 1: Login to HDFC Bank net banking to regenerate direct tax challans. And in first tab accounts there are some sub tabs, out of that select tab Request.

Step 2: In Request Tab there would be an option called Regenerate Direct Tax challans. Click on that.

Step 3: After that we will get a window where list of all recent payments of TDS and Income tax from this HDFC Bank account will appear with the heading Regenerate Direct Tax Challans. This will contain CIN no. of challan, major head , minor head, date & amount of challan.

Step 4: We need to click on the challan line item which we want to regenerate. A window will appear to ask the location to save that regenerated direct tax challan.

 

Step 5: Save the challan & open it to view.
